Description

Management of a staff of about 25 employees, while accepting new employees, training them, handling certifications and their professional development. The work includes compliance with the factory procedures and responsibility for safety, quality and excellence in the sector. The manager will be responsible for compliance with the production plan and ensure the availability of all required resources, including workers, raw materials and machines. The position also includes handling exceptions and continuous improvement of processes.
