Requirements
- Previous experience in building maintenance management in a manufacturing plant
- 12 years of study. Education and engineering and technical courses an advantage
- Acquaintance with the maintenance of buildings, electricity, water and air conditioning infrastructures.
- Previous experience working with fire authorities, business licensing.
- Working with suppliers in the areas of fire safety, security and local authority.
- High technical understanding and ability, ability to read blueprints.
- Familiarity with safety and construction standards.
- Work at height.
- Ability to operate different subcontractors.
- Ability to prepare work plans and monitor execution including annual maintenance.
- Independence, big head.
- Working flexible hours.
