Requirements

Previous experience in a service role – required
Excellent interpersonal communication
Passion for service
Resourcefulness, ability to operate and operate interfaces
Withstands pressure and heavy loads
Independent work, judgment and decision-making
Positivity, patience, good temperament and a big head
Computer skills (Office: Exchange, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Great flexibility in working hours throughout the week

Details regarding location and arrival at the workplace

The location is in the center of Tel Aviv, 10 minutes walk from the train/light rail. No parking during the day.

50% position (21 hours per week)
Flexibility in working hours

The information center is open all week from 07:00 to 23:00
